The Irish Calisthenics Academy’s Streetworkout Jam will be hosted July 20th 2019.

After last years successful event, we are looking forward to seeing some more Calisthenics enthusiasts as well as athletes join us on this amazing day .

Freestyle, Statics, Weighted Max Reps & Max Reps to be held on the day with plenty of prizes to be won on the day .
