Saturday 22nd June will see the return of the Bar Monkey EXPO!
This will feature open sessions for everyone to get involved and learn some new skills, as well as getting to showcase any skills that they will have learned. Their will also be two junior competitions, one under 10 and one over 10 categories. After this there will be an exhibition from some of Ireland’s leading Calisthenics Athletes!
This will be a great event, so come along and celebrate all things Bar Monkey!
