NinjaFit Calisthenics is run by Aidan O’Connell registered PT. He’s been training calisthenics for 3 years and has his gym open since January 2018. Based in Fitnessworx on the Tramore Rd Cork, Aidan does personal training and runs classes for all levels from beginner to advanced calisthenics, including specialised classes for handstands and obstacle (OCR) training.
