4. How do we store your data?
The Irish Calisthenics Institution securely store your data at a variety of data stores including:
A minimal amount of non sensitive data on wufoo
Highly sensitive user information (e.g. emails and passwords) are irreversibly hashed and stored with a salt on mongodb in order to prevent your passwords from being easily compromised in the event of a breach
Competition data and other forms relating to users is also stored on mongodb
The Irish Calisthenics Institution will keep your user information for approximately 2 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by entirely removing your user information and references to that data in our data storage.
5. Marketing
The Irish Calisthenics Institution would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop The Irish Calisthenics Institution from contacting you for marketing purposes.

We obtain information about individuals when they request information on our training and products, apply and book for training or if they register to receive information or our newsletters.
