These are providing Calisthenics classes across the country and give you a perfect opportunity to see the clubs invested in the growth of Calisthenics as a sport across Ireland. Bar Monkey is located in Scoil Cholmcille Ballybrack, Co.Dublin. The club is focused on Youth Development and has a wide range of calisthenics classes available. Starting from four years of age. The founder of Bar Monkey and co-ordinator of the programmes is Jamie Geraghty. For more information please click the link below

bar Monkey Galway

Founded in 2016 by Stephen Parkes a qualified fitness instructor who has now been training calisthenics for the last 3 years competing 4 times placing twice in the top 3. Based in Tuam, Co. Galway, running kids’ classes 3 times a week helping to develop a strong foundation for calisthenics in the west of Ireland. Catering at all levels, with adult introduction classes planned for early 2019. Steve and Bar Monkey Galway are delighted to now be affiliated with the “Irish Calisthenics Institution” and looking forward to driving the sport to even newer heights.

Bar Wars ireland / the playground

Bar Wars Ireland is located in Springbank Industrial Estate in Belfast, and is organised by Ally Kane. Paul Allen, two time National Calisthenics Champion, also operates the Playground Parkour here. They have classes for adults and kids programmes.
